Withdrawal Policy

Version 1.0. Effective September 8, 2026.

This policy applies if you use Heplon as a consumer, meaning wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession. It explains your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. If you use Heplon as a business, this right does not apply to you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you accept our Terms of Service and we give you access to the Service.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right online. Sign in to the application, open Settings and Account, and select "Withdraw from contract." The application will ask you to confirm your name, the account or contract you wish to withdraw from, and the email address to which we should send your confirmation. After you confirm the withdrawal, we will send you an immediate email recording your declaration and the date and time we received it.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will end the contract, close your account, and stop providing the Service to you. We begin deletion immediately and delete data that is no longer needed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are deleted as they expire, within a further 35 days. Particular records are retained only where the law requires it. Further details are in our Terms of Service and privacy policy.

We do not continue to use non-personal content that you provided or created through the Service after withdrawal, except where the law permits it. On request, we will provide eligible content to you free of charge, without hindrance, within a reasonable time, and in a commonly used machine-readable format.

Because the Service is provided to you free of charge and you make no payments to us, there are no payments for us to reimburse.
