Why can't we just connect Claude Code and similar services to our docs, repos, CI/CD, ...?

We encourage you to try. If it works well enough for you, that's great; Heplon isn't for you. That said, in our experience:

Who we are

At our previous job, we built the platform for 300+ developers. We were keen to use AI to eliminate friction for developers and toil for platform engineers. But we quickly realized that doing this well would take a lot of time away from actual platform engineering work. We started Heplon to allow our peers to harness the potential of AI for platforms, without adding to their workload.
